Car Title Transfer Due to Sale

Fee: $180

 

Seller:

  • Professional/commercial photocopy of your passport or cedula (Must be a photocopy not home scanned ) 2 color copies center of page
  • Original Revisado… top left photo of car is in color and signature at bottom is in original ink (What’s This?)
  • Signed title or Registro Unico de Propiedad on back on the Vendedor (seller) line (What’s This?)
  • Signed transfer card or Tarjeta de Traspasos, this must be created online once we have a copy of your passport or cedula. We will then print out and obtain the signatures of the buyer and seller.
  • 3 blank pieces of paper with your exact matching signature to your passport or cedula ¾’s of the way down the left side on each page, these will be used to create authorization forms.

  • Payment methods: Cash, CC or Bank Transfer

Buyer:

  • If this is your first car purchase in Panama please send a photo of your passport via WhatsApp so we can register you in the ATTT system. There is an additional government fee of $15.00
  • Professional/commercial color Photocopy of your passport or cedula
  • Signed back of Title (Comprador) buyer
  • Signed Transfer card on the line Comprador (buyer)
  • Takes 5-7 business days to process

 

VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL SIGNATURES MATCH EXACTLY HOW YOU SIGNED YOUR PASSPORT OR CEDULA!
